how do you use a certian fx for a certian channel in FL4?

pretty sure thats in the manual :rolleyes: How about using the tutorials that come with fruity loops? They can be found by going through the drop down menu on the left. They will teach you what you need to know and more.

just put the FX in one of the FX channels (ex. FX4)
then put the channel to FX4 only

aye, another 1 for the padlock icon methinks.
incase ur struggling still...
left click on channel u want, drag number in top right to desired fx channel, open fx window, go to channel, add fx, etc.
