Noise isn't music, it's noise. So it can't be EDM, since EDM is music.
Pretty simple really ;) An exception would prolly be rhythmic noise or noizecore. |

but maybr noise in considered EDM and indeed intelligent music to the harder listener.. take aphex twin for example. hes not cinsidered some twat that got let loose with his dads synthatron :) |

i dont think showing someone noise that doesnt know what techno is, is a good idea
i assume you dont know what it is because you are comparing trance with techno as if they had something in common |

so its a question of popularity, not similarity distinction |
