hi all
I'm currently working on some projects:
Envio - Touched By The Sun (Dj Vylix Remix)
Evanescence - My Immortal (Dj Vylix Remix)
Linkin Park - Numb (Dj Vylix Remix)
BT - Force Of Gravity (Dj Vylix Remix)

plz some comments about the tracks so i know what i can fix or rebuild :)
They are all created with Reason 2.5

ok... i'm gonna just post the criticisms here.. so don't get offended ;)
for all the songs... it lacks the power in the kick... it is muddied.. could use a bit of mid end presence.. they all sound filtered so that only the low frequencies are let in... try letting some mid frequencies in to give the kick more presence in the mix or even try layering a short hi hat on top of the kick to give it a tiny bit of hiss..
for the third track.. the vocals are totally a different key from the track... your track is Gmin.. the vocals are in Fmin.. from what i can hear
for the last track... i like the breakbeat and i think it works much more better than the 4/4 kick so in my opinion i would make it breakbeat instead... at 0:28 it sounds very nice except with the wierd kick roll thing that you have...
Also generally, there is waay too much bass for most of the songs... try to listen to them on some decent monitors or if you don't have the resources, take a listen to about 10 of your favourite tracks of the same genres and listen to the relative volumes of the bass,kick, hats, synths, vocals, and the frequencies of each of them and compare them to your track...

he, I only listen to your remix of Envio - Touched By The Sun. Nice mix. Synths are very nice, the rest of the track sounds only a bit empty.
