FLTA gathering + BBQ?

So I got an idea yesterday, I was mixing some new tunes I got but I had the sliding glass door open cuz it was friggin nice out yesterday. As the sun was setting I thought damn, it'd be nice to drag my gear outside and spin on the pool deck.
To cut to the chase, I figured now that we're having some great weather why not have a chill little FLTA gathering and BBQ on the patio at my house. We'd start it in the late afternoon, go through sunset to the early evening, then have to stop at 9pm because of the noise ordiance. But thats the best part... since it's during the day, we can blast the f**k out and the neighbors can't say shiz!
Anyway, this would just be a chill little warm up for the big one memorial day weekend and it's easy to do since I got everything we need already.
Shoot me your suggestions. I'm looking at any Sat or Sun in April. |

You know, we could do it on April 11th, the day that Pat and Jeff spin at Alpha... we could all just head over to ALPHA once the BBQ is done. |

Not a bad idea!
1 - it's more convient for people
2 - it might bring more people out for the Alpha gig
It will be like to pool parties during WMC at the clevlander, ritz plaza, and so on... guess I caught the bug when I was down there. |
