I'm trying to edit this track that i want you all to identify for me... but 250000 bytes is less than 2 seconds for me for some reason.... what should i do?

go to the software section of from the main page and you can download the necessary tools to cut a clip. the problem is that you have to lower the bit rate, so go there...check out the software and give it a go...
