heres my favorite quick filling meal...

*make some pasta
*in a sauce pan bring to a simmer the following - olive oil, garlic and a chopped tomatoe or two
*combine sauce with pasta
*add cheese and olives to taste
*put in mouth, chew then swallow :p

very simple very quick and best of all no measuring invloved (but thats the way i always cook) ;)

Well, as an 18 year old uni student, my diet consists entirely of:

  • Caffeine
  • Nicotine
  • Beer
  • Pot Noodles

I really can't see a problem. :)

I gotta say KD when you gotta eat in a flash Ya can't beat it...

When I lived on my own I on white rice......good for ya and quick to make you can just buy some sauses from the store to spice it up..
also ya can't go wrong with pasta in any form.....but for meat I used to boil chicken breasts in a big pot...like 6 to 9 at a time I would then put them in the fridge any then would always have already cooked chicken to eat....You could then just take out and through it on the BBq for minute for that BBQ flav or chop it up and throw it in to pasta or stir fry....by boiling it to you take out any fat that's in the meat and it's like a double whammy to kill any bacteria...I love chicken breast but the whole samonila(oop's don't know if that's right)thing scares me....
