im watching tiesto in concert on dvd, with the windows of my aprtment down, with a little bit of volume and the neighbors come out here and start bitching to turn it down.....
windows opened is what summertime is for god damn it!!!!

Crank it to the max and answer the door with a loaded revolver... Just merely tell them to simmer down. Complaints will generally go away and eventually you'll turn down the tunes - like when you're good and ready to (as if some other tenant doesn't crank up rap or some other such crap all the time anyhow).
