a Syrian friend invited me to dinner ones. They had this dish of some type of zucchini stuffed with rice, meat and other stuff. There were two types, one in tomato 'liquide' and one in somekind of boiled yogurt :conf: with side dish of rice...
that was gooood :tongue3

instead of the zucchini, my mom stuffs the minced meat and rice in capsicums aka green peppers |
