Anyone go to Loughborough Uni?

Im going this weekend for a volleyball tournament and i was wondering if anyone goes there? If so, are the on-site pubs/bars/clubs and good at all?

If you get there on a friday then you should get yourself to babypassion at ViceVersa in town .. clubs well theres 2 small main 1s both pretty .. echoes and pulse .. if you like the cheese and the scallies as its easter and all the students (well most) will have left now ..
On the loughborough campus .. id recommend the EHB bar .. some pool tables .. projection screen with sports on .. besides that it means going into town .. 60p into town ..
TBH if your just going for the weekend you might as well stick to the students union .. theres enough bars at the students union (supposedly the biggest in the country?) .. JCs is good .. cheap drinks etc .. |

cheers for that mate, on friday its a case of a quiet drink in some pub but saturday is the main thing, problem we have is that we have to stay with a chaperone guy (our v-ball coach) for a bit. but when he hits the sack he said its up to us what we do because he "can't do anything about it" in other words he knows what we would do anyway :D
the guys im going with, dunno if theyre right for some proper tunes, e.g. babypassion, but if not then cheese it is :( |
