Can anyone help me use a remote Proxy?

I've been banned from some websites at work, so I've gotten a few IPs and ports to try using to remote proxy through.
Can anyone tell me how to use them? |

Or even, if anyone knows how to bypass SurfControl that's on the proxy at work I'm using that'd be great. It's blocking the domain NAME www.gcboard.org
Is there any way I can work around this and get onto it?

| Well faesibly, if its just blocking high-level domain names then you could make an html frame, load the gc page into it and then upload it and link to that. But you'd need server space, html knowledge and to pray the firewall doesn't pick up on content coming thru from a blocked ip/domain. |
