good program for changing the pitch of a sound file?

| say I need to dj out but the cd players dont have pitch controls what program can I use to take my ripped wavs or mp3s of my cd singles and convert the pitch and bpm so theyre all on one bpm? |

| All DJ CD players have pitch control. If u're using regular CD players to DJ with...good luck! And pre-beatmatching (alligning the tempos) is a crime! |
