TranceAddict Forums Archive > Main Forums > Chill Out Room for those who use vegas 4.0 for video editing View this Thread in Original format Aldrian i don't have a dvd burner yet so for all the stuff i render or all the projects i do i usally convert it to mpeg for good quality. mpeg 1 that is. not mpeg 2. should i start encoding them on mpeg 2? i don't notice much qaulity though. i set it on mpeg>ntsc>best quality. i dont know what setting u guys use to get good quality so you can at the same time play it on vcd compatible dvd players igottaknow i use final cut pro and if i want to keep the original i export it back to the dv tape or keep the raw files on the drive. that way i can encode a dvd without a problem. butterfly ... you just reminded me i need to buy my ticket to vegas!
