Hey
I've got some real deal, hands down ambient here that I just did last night...just whipped it out and went from there, no stopping- straight emotion right here. took me, well lets just say it didnt take long at all to make this song...it just flowed.
the reason why i call it real deal stuff is because there arent any drums aside from hits and sound effects...
its quite different, you should listen.. and maybe post feedback if you have time

Yep "regen" it is, which is dutch for rain. You trying to get a first track of a mix? ;)
I wouldn't put a delay on the rain and thunder, rather unnatural.
It all sounds ambient, it's not bad at all. Missing the birds tho at the end when the rain stops. ;)

hehe so about the track
very relaxing, out of the whole thing just one thing to fix up, that bell every once in a while, its too loud it stings ur ears
but otherwise its perfect chillout
kind of reminds of the last samurai with tom cruise, its very asian style
good stuff

I like this alot. :D, the only bad comments is about that screaming string, it can blow you'r ears after a while... it might be the lo fi version though. However, this is quality i liked it :D, share with us the 192 version!

"real" ambient, hmm, depends, there are sub geners to Ambient.
This is more trancy ambient. Its good but rather boring cause if you put a slow beat on it its just like any ambient remix out there.
check this site: www.soma.fm , listen to "Dronezone" radio for a few days, its a subgenre to Ambient, Abstract. After that, make another track ;)
