Not sure of the laws in ny but in pa you can loose your dl if you double the speed limit. Fight it out in court.....as least you have a chance if the cop doesnt show up or something.;) |

I think it's the same. Just hope they don't put me in jail and suspend my license. I focking fought in Operation Enduring Freedom and fought in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and now I have to fing Operation Ticket Freedom. | I dont know... my friend got caught doing 95 in a 60... and 65 in a 30... He got an ass load of points on his license, a massive fine, and his license suspended for a month. |

I don't think that works in NYC court, them mofos are poor....
they gonna give me a massive fine then revoke my license so the only choic I left is to take public transportation, which goes to their pocket too, think about it,

| Get a good lawyer...if not thats going to be alotta points. Did you have any points on your license previous to this? You lose your license if it has 11 or more points on it. You're actually lucky cuz the cop could have arrested you on the spot and impounded your car. |
