i hate the GU board. i can't stand to read it for more than 5 min. everything turns into a pissy fit

This is not the first time I've heard of this sort of thing happening. I don't know much more than that and I'll admit to my prejudice, but I had a friend who was trying to get into the GU series and other such "underground" EDM and uh... he asked a few friendly, well-thought out questions on that board.
Let's just say he's not so much a fan anymore. Definitely not the best way to share your taste in music! :( |

Which really begs the question,
Can you really judge a type of music (by proxy) by the type of people who listen to it?
Don't get me wrong, I know for a fact all ravers are happy go lucky people, like neo-hippies of some sort :) (I joke about that, I know, it's a stereotype... but at least it's a positive PLURRy one... I mean, who doesn't like hugs?) |
