Yes, on a couple occasions.
However, in most cases you will be out the Shipping/Handling charges they charged you, and then you have to pay to ship it back. It's only worth it on items you do not approve of and S/H wasn't much of the cost.
In other cases, I've been honest and given reasons to the condition of the product against the description, yet said it is not worth the price to send back. In those cases, good ebay memebers have refunded a portion of the price, or simply replaced the item if they were able.
It all depends on cost, who you are working with (member ratings etc), and the item in question.
Whenever I sell, I go under satisfaction guaranteed, on bid price only. I list items in the best description that I can give, and usually slightly less quality than actual, that way a bidder is usually very happy with the product. I've never had anyone complain or return any of the itiems I've sold in 5 years of ebaying.
Good luck
