Good setup for a beginner?

| Ok, I'm really looking into buying myself a good setup, but have no idea what to get(except for the technic TT's). If a beginner had unlimited money to spend(which I don't, unfortunately), what would be the best things to buy? And don't just say "two turntables, some vinyls, and a good mixer?", please list brands and versions as well. |

Well if the beginner KNOWS he/she is gonna stick with it, and have unlimited cash, then I would prolly say, 2 Technics MK2's or MK5's, and either a DJM600, Ecler Smac Pro40, or and Allen and Heath Xone64 mixer...
With limited cash, I would recommend my decks Gemini PT-2100s, Stanton STR8-90's, and still of course Tech 12's. As for a mixer, I would still recommend one of the Ecler Smac Series mixers, umm one of the Numarks, either a DXM06 or PPD1, the Behringer DJX700 is a great alternative to the pricey DJM, but you get what you pay for aswell...

And I would use all this spinning in the playboy mansion, with all the playboy bunnies around, and use the sound system to blow there clothes off....:D :D :D |
