A good techno mixer?? HELP (pg. 2)

I'd say go with the PCV-275, its a real solid mixer and it can take a beating.

What is the difference between the

pmc 270a
and the pcv 275

and these are designed for techno, correct?

yeah ....techno/trance ..i really not sure on differences...but i know u can put the knob kit on the 270 a and i'm not sure if u can do that on the 275

You can do the replacement on the 275 too. I'm not 100% sure, but i think the only difference are the faders - supposedly they are of better quality in the 275, so 270a with rotary kit = 275 with rotary kit.

The pcv 275 is an awesome mixer for mixing techno.. its got quality written all over it.

the dateq xtc is also the same set up at the 275/270a..kills switches and added transform buttons....and sounds very nice..better than the vestax IMO...i just happen to selling one on ebay...its pricey but worth a look....

If your looking for a world class trance mixer check out the new
Allen-Heath Xone 92
Once you hear a piece of vinyl (or vinyl ripped to CD) you will know the difference! I've been playing on a Xone 62 for a couple of weeks and can't imagine switching back (I used to use a Pioneer). The only down side is that the 92's won't be available until August.

i just got my 92 on monday(rotary knob version) it is a great piece of equipment......i still think the Dateq XTC has better sound quality but the 92 is still slamming!!its out there ...u can find it.
