ok well after putting a hole in my theory there... i was actually refering, i think, to warning signs and labels that you sometimes see, where you just go WTF! thats so mind-numbingly doltish, why do they even need to warn us about this?..kind of thing
but laws and statutes can sometimes be funny, like the ones u pointed out above. |

If you really like her and serious about staying with her definately go for it. Don't ask her if she has STD's and when the time comes, if she really cares about u she will be honest to you and tell you... |

I think that's the dumbest solution yet. He is not 100% sure if she has STDs, therefore she might never tell him anything about it even if it comes close to having sex. Then what?? Still go for it or ask her then??
If I was in his shoes I would probably confront her. Just say something like: "Hey this guy's been talking some about you having STDs, what's up with that? You guys have beef with each other?" Assuming that the girl knows the guy. Plain and simple. Her reaction will tell you everything.
And I'm dying to see those pics :toothless |

She has no reason, nor she has to tell him about STD's until it comes to that point... thats why its a reasonable solution |

I thought the whole idea was to find that out before they get in bed. What if she lies? What if they get busy and she doesn't say anything? He will find out the hard way. It's better to know these kind of things earlier, especially when your frined tells you that the girl you're dating has STDs. |

Obviously, if she cares she will tell him right before they do it.. and of course he will be protecting himself just in case...
either way.. if she says no, lie or not lie they gonna do it... if she says yes.. its up to the guy if he is comfortable enough, but at least he will know she is honest...
like i said honesty is the issue here |

So basically what you're saying is no matter what she says still use a condom because there's no way to know for sure if she has those damn STDs...?
And let's not forget that they just went out on their first date. Don't turn this into a love story. Honesty...seriously, that. I don't trust women and I stand by it. |

but really people are missing the point of the thread..... He wants to know what he should do, not the ethics of STD's and (notably funny) state laws...
So what to do about the dammaged goods... first you have to ask yourself is hittin it worth all those fun symptoms they teach you in sex ed? if you answered yes, give yourself a "clap" cause thats what your gettin:haha:
but basically it boils down to: Is she really really in hott? and are you really really desperate to get laid...
cause honestly, i would rather nail a less hot non diseased girl than a really in smokin herpes honey...
