I hope some of you TA's remember my Lent Thread.
How's everyone doing so far?
Me, I am this close to going 40 days without pleasuring myself.
3 days away. That's all I need

the best part about easter or any religious holiday is that they have all the jesus shows on tv.
now, you guys no i'm not religious, but i still have a fascination with the bible from a historical point of view...
so anyway, i was watching this cool show on jesus and it was talking about how the original greek was mis-translated as "betrayal", but actually meant hand over. so what they were suggesting is that jesus assigned judas, who was his closest disciple to alert the romans of his presence.
also they were talking about the whole sweating blood thing and were talking about how physically its possible in times of extreme anxiety such as awaiting death (deathrow inmates have been seen sweating blood before execution).
anyway, it was really interesting...i love that ... |

Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver then hung himself. See the Religious leaders wanted him dead because they could not argue with him (no one ever won an argument with Jesus) and he exposed their corruption and the people flocked to jesus. So they made a deal, kiss the man that is jesus and we will arrest him. Jesus said judas would betray him and judas kisses him....jesus is arrested. Judas never took the 30 pieces of silver and hung himself. |

| some say that judas handed jesus over..so he can prove himself to everyone and win over the council and more people so that they can overthrow rome...watch the mini series called JESUS OF NAZARETH..it is owesome n the guy playin jesus is amazingly good..very well done mini series.. |
