hehe you guys are talking about the mixer we use up here at Aria.
most techno djs don't like using it (except Aria's resident), they prefer the second setup (pioneer).
but almost every house/prog/trance dj coming over is blown away by it (some never seen it in their lives) and moreover are encouraged to use it.
Its a bit hard at the beginning but they get used to it and like it. Sound is way better than anything else (and for some even those urei setups).

it all depends on the ownership priorities... I guess.
Aria charges 25$ canadian (18USD) per person on regular nights, up to 65$ (47USD) for Tiesto and such.
Aria doesn't serve alcohol, a reason why cover is so hi. |

A _lounge_ here in San Francisco called Anu (ah - new) uses this mixer....and the cover to get into this place? nothing. It's free!
It's a pretty small place, but it still is able to bring in some damn fine talen. Tons of great DJs have played there.
