Girls!! Dancing in high heels= OUCH!

Has this ever happened to you?
:whip: Last friday night I partied and danced to Junkie XL from midnight to 5 am. ... NOW, My feet are screwed. I will never wear 4" heels when I know I will be groovin all night. My feet didn't bother me that night because I was having too much fun of course, but the next day, DAMN! My toes are ***tingling*** and going numb, and are basically miserable. The bad part of it is that I am on my feet ALL DAY LONG, so the recovery has been very slow. It is now Wednesday night, and I still feel like the balls of my feet are swollen:eek: . Has anyone had a similar experience? Misery loves company! |

| Yea I learned my lesson way back when... It makes PvD seem mediocre when you've got 4" heels on... especially if you're wearing ones where the center of gravity is on the balls of your feet and there's no platform to support it... seriously painful. Most clubs nowadays allow you to wear sneakers, esp. if big name DJs are spinning (thank goodness.) Props to you girl. |
