Great tune! I just love the diversifed sound and all the lovely Japanese Instruments used, and oddly enough the melody reminds me a bit of Orbital - Halcyon.:crazy:8.7/10
Junkie XL Mix:
Amazing remix! I just love how he added his own sound and creates what almost seems like different tune, and yet manages to make it better IMO than the Original. Fantastic remix! 9.5/10

Junkie XL mix is killer, we were pretty lucky to be able to get him and for all his fame and big money mixes (Elvis for f'cksake!) still one of the most inspiring remixers out ther on the progressive scene.
It's licensed to be released in Europe and the US in June on Baroque Records and will also have a new mix by Quivver on it.
The Remixed album comes out here in June and seeing as the RU sound covers such a broad spectrum of styles theres a pretty eclectic range of remixers on it....Da Lata, Kid Loco, Richard Kirk, Karsh Kale some of the more notable names...

This is a real gem!
Original is really chill, dreamy progressive with an organic/acoustic feeling, very nice. 8/10
Junkie XL remix is a bit less dreamy and more driving and uplifting, sounding a bit like a pumped up version of Deep Dish's remix of Stoned. 9.5/10
Cant' wait to hear the Quivver mix...
I'm definitely buying this when it comes out. |
