I know Above & Beyond use the es2 for their basslines.
Can anybody tell we how to get a similar sound please?
I don't have any experience with es2 but i figure it's easier to learn by trying to recreate a sound someone else has made.
Any small step by step tutorials on the es2 will help me really.
Thanks |

Probably better to just learn how to program synths in general, that way your knowledge isn't restricted to a single synth, and you'll know how to make a certain sound. Search around the forums. |

Here is the manual for the ES2, which is a wicked synth but is only for Logic.
Then manual is a pdf so you will have to change the file extention.
But as Tranc3 said you're better off learning to program synths in general. The ES2 manual has some good info in it though. |

I'll assume you tried to attach a file to your post - you can't do that in this forum. |

Go check in the Anjunabeats.co.uk forum they will have an answer to your question there. There is a topic on several A&B/Oceanlab basslines going right now. |
