ok... starting september i'm moving to London, Ont to go to U of W. I have lived in TO for the past 5 years and have gotten used to the wild nightlife, amazing clubs, and big djs. (it kills me just to think that i'll be missing all these big names coming in sept.)
So i was wondering if someone can give me ANY info if there are decent clubs in London that play house or give me any kind of feel about the city...

As for clubs in london......One "the Drink" But its mainly top 40 , with a little mainstream trance at the end of the night. London is more of a Bar or Pub City (But they do have some of the HOTTEST girls in Ontario!!). The only one i can reccomend would be "DV8" and thats still pretty mainstream. When your in London keep your eyes peeled for flyers and posters, cause there are Djs that throw parties and , you just have to find them,
Maybe ask CDN TRANCE BOY.... Hes from London.

Hey wuzzzzzzzzzzz up !!!!!!! oNE24-7 Welcome to my Town.....well, well.. Here's the deal.... London has been picking up as of late for the music....For a piece of T.O every Thurs night go to DV8 on Dundus where Mark Oliver is going to be spinning on thurs...it just started last week.....cover is like 5 to 7$...as for fri nights Dv8 has the best tunes again with D.J spindle who spins a variety of trance,progressive and house all an all he keep's me entertained for London...Sat go to Lush.......progressive,hard trance and house..it's a small place but I have a good time most of the time.
As for Parties Keep your eye's out for Flyer's there have been some very cool D.J that come to London every so often...last year I saw Sister Bliss, Max Graham, DJ Paullette, Bad Boy Bill, Misstress Barbara...I good place to check for flyer's is at a store called From Mars is located on Richmond St just up from G.T's bar...

I seem to always end up there every time i go to London. Kind of reminds me of Comfort Zone, but not early on a Sunday Morning.
DV8 seems to be like 108 here, but it does have the finest ladies there.;) |

| Welcome to London...........U definitely have to check out Lush starting in September....Apparently for the first couple of weeks in September they are bringing in 4 "big" DJ's....Heard that from one of the promoters there. Core FX was pretty happening last year on Thursdays......good trance. But I'm not sure if thats gonna be happening again this year. |

hey doood,
the club scene in london is next to nothing. the only good place is DV8, they play some decent trance, so i have heard....
anyways the good thing abt DV8 is that starting this month Mark Oliver(ur fav. DJ) is starting to play there. Every Thoursdays.....
So that should be some consolation....

Hehehe .....London will be enough fun in the next two months ....I spoke with Amir who run's Rise and the events at coreFX on Thurs they have some people coming that'll keep me from going to class on fri.

By the time September rolls around FX will be re-modeled with a new two room setup(lounge/club), new and improved sound and excellent new lighting (think last year connected lighting show)!!!

| Dude, the trance scene is not that great in london but you will find out very soon that it doesnt matter quite so much. I mean you are in for a real treat when you see the amount of beautiful women that go to youre school! Seriously , i could listen to country music as long as the girls continue to be as hot as they are. Besides , party in london throughout the week(thurdays are the busiest night) and hot up T-DOT for the weekends! Anyways , 5 more days till i move back to LONDON and i cant F**&IN' wait!!!!!! GO STANGS GO!!!!!!!!! |
