| i dont have any specific info on this.. but with so much property around the guv that is being used for nothing but parking lots, and all the recent renovations, i HIGHLY doubt that they would tear it down until all the surrounding land was more thoroughly developed. |

I read an article in the paper about him last week, if i'm not mistaken they quoted IKEA as being worth $58 Billion :eyes: :eyes: However, i dunno if he owns the whole company.
When i checked Forbes' world rich list , he was not on it. $58 billion would have put him on top tho

| actually, the Guv will merge with Ikea to create the ultimate home-furnished clubbing experience. By day, the venue will be a full-fledged Ikea showroom, by night, the floor is re-arranged for the Guv clubbing experience. Of course, the furniture will be used when the Guv is in "club mode". Now party-goers will be able to chill out in the top bunk of an Ikea childrens bunkbed. The move is the latest in Ikea's plan to grow their appeal to young adults. In return for a $35 million development grant, the Guv will have to guarantee 40% of floorspace dedicated to Ikea furniture when the club is open, and that capacity is increased by 200%. |
