ah you should've said something. ;)

trance hasn't progressed much, that's true. that's probably the reason why Tiesto is ahead of the Dutch trance pack in my book, he usually throws in the fun element.

i didn't like it at first, but last night i realized it does wonders in the dancefloor. bt didn't tweak a note in this production though, he just did the vocals.

I double checked. Turns up it wasn't the original, so you were originally right.

I kind of hoped he would drop the Dirt Devils Twisted Remix... Oh well.

It's involuntary in my head... not sure about other TA's.

It's a great feeling when you recognize a song right as it starts and you start screaming it's name and going crazy.

your friend,

Great reviews and tracklist but.......in a 4 hr set there should be more tracks, so i guess a lot of IDs??

As a tracklisting whore, I demand a better organized tracklist next time Armin comes to NYC :o

Glad all you guys have fun, I need to make a trip to NYC for the next Armin show :)

Special props to Sergio for being a crazy fockin mofo and to Jay for always making me smile, John & Steven of course the best dancers, tearin up the platform... oh wow the THREE of us were FINALLY proper ed TOGETHER. Random guy named Taylor -- hi! Nice glowstick action! ;)

Wowwwy what a ing night. Does anyone know the track that was being played right b4 armin went on? It was lukes last trak.

Was it BBE - 7 days and one week? - Can't really remember b'coz by that time I was well filled up with Red Bull and Kettle Ones. I was there but due to my poor judgement on drinks - I was completely moshed and entire night seem to have lasted 20 minutes (in my mind). I am phissed 'coz:

1. Got a speeding ticket on the way there
2. Never made it to Virgin store to get my JP 8080 signed
3. My camera was coat checked even with several attempts to bribe security guy to let me hang on to it
4. Not remembering much of what happened after the first 10 minutes of Armin's set
5. Not getting my speeding ticket signed by Armin (which would have made it worth it)

Lesson learned: MODERATION, slowing down by known speed traps (I knew that there'd be an 80% chance of cop being in the spot I passed going 81MPH - and it was stupid - so, I guess I deserved it)

well at least my buddies had fun. :(

Some of these were definitely played and a few are guesses.

Active Sight - The Search For Freedom (Original Mix)
Fictivision vs Phynn - Escape (Phynn Remix)
Sander Van Doorn - Loaded (Original Mix)
Push - Electric Eclipse (Original Mix)
Push - R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
Marco V - God Child
Lange pres Firewall - Kilimanjaro (Original Mix)
Sonicvibe & Mike Shiver - Lunation (Masters & Nickson Remix)
Jan Gustafsson - Hallucination aka Eternal Light
Remy & Roland Klinkenberg - Fearless
DJ Remy vs Sander Kleinenberg - Unknown Title

I heard lots of MIKE/Push songs and a lot of tech trance for fillers.
Sunday Afternoon was the original and not the Nu-Nrg Remix.

It was a good party with a horrible light show. The closer you get to the booth, you would get blinded by those annoying strobe lights. Roxy shouldn't hold a party like that without getting lasers. Someone mentioned that the opening DJ was not Luke Fair. If not, then who was it? He was a much better opener than Luis Diaz or Noel Sanger, I even thought he was better than Edgar V.

I also had a GREAT night and it was nice to meet all of you TAs. Thanks for the warm welcome! I look forward in meeting you guys and gals again. But the next time I am getting a hotel in NY. The drive home at 6:15am SUCKS!
