| for my first time.. i'm glad it was this that 'popped my cherry'.. DJ Heather started the night behind the curtain and then it opened only to have her spinnin in the dark with a flashlight in the dark.. all u saw was a lil light bouncin around behind the decks.. that was tight.. her set was great.. groovy funky chicago house.. then Mark Farina came on.. his set was ok.. nothin too great, but it was all tight chicago house again.. it got a bit repetitive.. DJ Heather's set was somethin different every song.. but the highlight of Farina's set was a remix of Jay-Z's "Change Clothes".. i got the remixer name from him, but i forgot the name of it.. it was pretty tight.. overall, i really enjoyed my experience.. just what i wanted.. a nice healthy dose of chicago house.. i would love to go see DJ Heather do a longer set.. |
