| I would highly recommend against mixing 5-htp with any SSRI or MAOI. It could cause serotonin syndrome. |

Prozac is an SSRI. So I would highly recommend against taking both.
I think either prozac or 5-htp on the comedown is fine. 5-htp has been marketed as a "natural prozac". When you look at the chemistry of both, they don't do the same thing, but the end result is very similar. Both is probably excessive.
Also make sure you takes lots of vitamin C and/or vitamin E before and after. |

| Zoloft is an SSRI. So, I told you not to take SSRIs or MAOIs with 5-htp. |

for sure! i think a lot of people get into the drugs and partying without being well informed of what the actual drug is doing to their bodies and what the actual side effects of it are. personally, being well informed as well as being a responsible partyer is a must for me. |
