changing names, can i do it without losing history

had nowhere to ask this question.
i see where i have "supreme tranceaddict" and others have there own saying there. how do u do that??
can i change my name without losing my post count, or profile??
i dont want to work my way back up 450 some posts... |

| Once you've reached at least 500 posts and have stayed with the forums for 6 months, then you can change what it says under your username. Go to profile and you'll find "custom status". |
