ok heres another one
you're worst accident/injury?
mine would have to be from a year ago. on thanksgiving day, i was back in dublin visiting family. i took my skateboard, and told my mother i was going down the street to a friends house, and told her i would be back in a couple hours. last thing i remember was closing and locking the door, then hoppn on my board and starting off. then i saw flourescent lights on a celling. i was in a coma for 8 days, had a broken skull, massive cuncussion, and a shattered arm, from the shoulder mid-way to the wrist on my forearm. i was hit by a car (which they never found, but was suspected to be an Englishman) from behind, and i rolled over the hood, onto one side, landed on my head, and the back wheel of the car ran over my right arm length-wise. the investigation that took place discovered that it might have been on purpose, because there were no skid marks on the street, and this was on a rainy Dublin day, which even the slightest ammount of pressure to the breaks would have caused hydroplaining/skidding. Now, keep in mind, my family isn't exactly favorites of the english, since my uncle is in the IRA.
anyways, that was my worst accident. |

worst accident would probably be a car accident which resulted in muscle tissue damage along my spine and a my pelvis and skull are now tilted in the opposite direction. Painful, but dull story. |

Back in grade 7, I had just finished sharpening my pencil to perfection (like when it's uber sharp yet solid and not the least bit fragile). So I return to my desk and for some odd reason, decide to assume this weird as hell sitting position...
I sorta decided to sit with my hands first, so as to first put my palms on the chair, then lower myself using my arm "muscles" (notice the quotations), or something very similar to this (don't quite remember, as it was so messed up). So yeah, I did this while the newly sharpened pencil is being held in my right palm. Let's just say my coordination SUCKED and I basically landed the backside of my upper leg right into the pencil. It was like getting stabbed, I swear. My reaction? None other than jerk sideways. What did that accomplish? A nice gash from the initial wound going across my lower leg. I felt like I severed my hamstrings or something. The gash was 2-3 inches long or so. it burnt. I got some bits of the pencil graphite stuck in my leg too, but they eventually disappeared (I think). |
