right basicly my speakers are led and i require a new set + an amp.

only got £200 to spend tho :(

i really want something i can trust to be good in the normal ways...loud plus crisp quality.


basicly i know of this for £235 (this really does push my budget)....

It's truly impossible to answer that question.

These pieces of cheap kit tend to be "unknown" and don't truly have a reputation. As far as Gemini as a whole well they're not too quality either.

My advice to you, because you are shopping on such a low budget, it's going to be impossible to give you proper advice.
I can only suggest you going to the store and trying the speakers out with some of the stuff you'd be playing on them.

What looks good on paper ( stats of speakers of low quality tend to be on the verge of lies 95% of the time ) might sound like crap in real life.

heh i actually just picked up a pair of srm450's this week. amazing speakers for their size. i was trying to make them distort but i got to a point where they were so loud i couldnt take it anymore! good stuff!

i would probably recommend getting the 15" sub to go along with them though. while the srm450's do handle bass very well they dont give you that chest pounding feeling like in a club. especially if you start bringing them to larger venues.
