| I last saw James Holden at MNS back in early March. It was raining really hard that night and only the hardcore people came out. There weren't too many people there which was nice because the dancefloor wasn't too crowded. James' mixing and programming was wicked. I enjoyed watching every bit of him tweaking the knobs and pushing buttons throughout his set. He is definitely one of my favorite technical dj's at the moment. can't wait to see him this weekend. |

| i was also there SVGmethod......i had school in the morning...then work....then to a funeral....then to this gig...doing all this while i was sick as ..still had fun tho :D...i had a chat with the man himself....in shy as hell and super nice. |

dang sounds like you had quite a day there. Too bad you had to go to a funeral and you were sick as f*ck. Me and my friends almost died on the way to the club. A few minutes into the drive, we noticed something wrong with the steering so we pulled over into a gas station and my friend's tires were completely bald. All four of them. There was nothing we could really do about it because that was the only car we had available and I really really really wanted to catch James Holden. We continued the drive and kept hydroplaning every few minutes. It was so f'n dangerous, I don't even know what we were thinking attempting to drive like that.
James Holden looks like a total stoner. LOL.
The way back home from the club wasn't so bad.
I'll for sure have a car with proper tires for when I drive down to Spundae this weekend. Look out for me going crazy to seeing Holden tearing it up. It will also be my first time seeing J00F. I don't know what to expect from him. I've heard nothing but awesome things about him tho. It is going to be a dope ass weekend! |

| Put it this way....he is the only DJ known to spin "real trance music" and is also known to be a REAl rave DJ. 2 titles. the man is in amazing. pure E music heheh |

| nice. i am listening to his set from Coloursfest Ireland right now. I love this kind of stuff. It is going to be a wicked night. Who will be closing out the night, Holden or J00F? How long will each spin? |

| dude i have loads and loads of live sets from every DJ.. and there are 2 DJ's that dont sound the same when its recorded and thats J00F and PVD. both their sets sound dry as when u listen to them. But when ur live they just in tear u a new one. |

| You are going to have a groovy ass night. i know you are. i have seen both James and John....doesnt mean i dont want to see them again but i would rather goto Giant on the same day. im actually in the Prog mood too this past week. |

| I have seen Hernan Cattaneo already once this year. James Holden too. I wish this weekend were James Holden and Way Out West together. That would be sweet. Too bad there arent two of me because I really want to see Way Out West. Spundae is gonna be f'n tight tho for sure. I may roll up there by myself because none of my friends are as hardcore as me. They dont like this type of music and would never pay anything more than 10 dollars for cover charge. More trance for me I guess. Hopefully I'll meet a lot of people Saturday. I better because I need a place to crash that night. Haha. I could always just drive back to Santa Barbara afterwards. It wouldn't be anything too crazy since I've driven back home from San Francisco after a full night of clubbing there. LOL. And to believe, I do this sober everytime. Haha. Thats dedication. |
