My friend is being harassed on the phone by a guy constantly calling her and hanging up. I called the number but he wouldnt give his name.
Can anyone find what name this number belongs to...1 509 521 5727

i tried the reverse directory thing too, and the funny thing is, pasco is eastern washington and she lives in bellingham which is about 5 hours or more away. and she doesnt know anyone from over there.
Is ther a way to trace cells to their owner by the phone number? |

The very least she should do is contact the authorities, in relation to this matter. Problem is, due to privacy laws, they usually won't divulge personal details.
Do you know anyone who works for a phone company or a law enforcement agency? |

Maybe, seeing as you have the number, you could get someone to call him claiming to be from some company/Govt. agency/ provider etc with some half assed story.... then say to him for security reasons I need your full name, D.O.B. etc.
