well, the first accident, I had the stop sign. I did stop and look and I didn't see anyone coming so I proceeded. He didn't hit me til I was already through the turn on the other side of the street. He was going to fast to stop. He probab;y didn't even hit his brakes. But this time, he went right thru the stop sign i stopped for in the first accident and I almost nailed him. |

I'm not sure how far this will get you.......but u can report him to the police for reckless driving(anonymously).....as long as you have his plate...give it a try it will only take a few minutes
