Meter Maids, City by law officers and Satan

Ok so i was at shcool today writing my fluid mechanics final right, i have been parked across the street in brewer park ( a public recreational area) for about 4 hours, upon exiting my exam with an that felt like my proff had just shoved my grade up my ass (which he practically did) i arrive at my mobile only to see a nice 40 dollar parking ticket on my windshield.
here goes my rant.
first off in ottawa there is NO FREE PARKING ANYWHERE, i have to get up early every day to move my car on my own street to avoid tickets, while at school i have to move my car every 2 hours... now the biggest spot to get a parking ticket is around campus. WHY? cause the city is a bunch of dicks. I mean really, all they ever do is over students. they jack up the land taxes cause they are retards and cant budget to save themselves. and tickiting students, that would be like handing out parking tickets in a refugee camp. WE HAVE NO MONEY DAMNIT!! and yet they routinely scour the favorite student parking zones in teh feeble hopes to us all over with more parking tickets. ironically enough i park illegaly all the time right across the street from city hall and i have never gotten a single ticket... reason?? cause they are all on in campus giving the students tickets.
Here are the options availible to students who drive, first you can get a campus parking pass for 400 freakin dollars per term, almost 1000 per year, or you can do what we all do which is play the move your car every 30 seconds game.
phew im glad i got all that out. this brings me to my second point
what kind of role do meter maids play in society?? NOTHING. they are A: highschool dropouts that got rejected from mcdonalds or B; too in stupid to do anything else. What kind of gratification do they get from their job? is it rewarding for them to make me pull money out of my bank loan to pay their in tickets??? These guys have recently made it into my top ten most loathed proffesions. and they are number 1 now followed closely by university administrative staff at #2, dentists and #3 and bouncers at #4. you know even a mcdicks employee serves a purpose in the community, they provide a valued service. givin me my in happymeals, but meter maids. they give me road rage, i actually chased one down the street a month ago screamin at him cause he tried to give me a ticket when my meter was up for 10 seconds.... he actulaly stood in front of it and waited for the ticker thing to go down... i think he thought i was going to kill him so he just took off...
but in conclusion, if there is a hell and satan is its king then there is a special place reserved for pedophiles, rapists, prog house dj's, rap stars and meter maids... im sure of it..
any similar experiences? |

| io just get pissed that they pick on teh students all the time, honestly i work down town and i park right on the street beside a meter iwth no money in it and i have never gotten a ticket. only by campus in a non metered parking lot that is there for people useing the public park... go figure |

| I agre with you 100% :whip: These outcasts of society have to be shot :whip: Man nothing pisses me off more then seeing these leeches looking at their watch and into your car to see when your time exires and if they see that you only have a few minutes left they usualy just wait beside the car to write the damn ticket :whip: |

Meter Maids?
On the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia they have these hot babes that go around in bikinis putting change into the parking meters to top up people's minutes for free! And guess what they are called? Meter Maids
If you have ever watched the Wild On episode where they go to Oz, you would have seen them..... |

yeah i know what you're talking about. here at campus the parking services can be real bitches as well
they will put a ticket on your car if you're more than 5 seconds over the meter. it sucks i know |
