Argh, it's very hard to pick just one. Oakey's number 9 @ Rojam '99 is quite something... I also love Moogwai - Viola, Grace - Not Over Yet (Breeder's It Is Now Remix) and Space Manoeuvres - Stage One (mainly Orkidea Remix and Tilt's Apollo 11 Remix). Alot of Mauro Picotto's work is really good too.
