I broke up with her not because we didn't love each other or that we weren't compatible, I broke up with her because I was so afraid of commitment. I still remember the day when we were at the park. Her eyes were swollen because she'd been crying for weeks. Seeing someone you love cry for you really sucks, it just broke my heart. That was the worst day of my life.
It's been 3 years now and I have seen other people and she has moved on as well but I still think of her a few hours every day. Call me sappy or whatever you want but I know now that a guy can only fall in love once, and I think I found it and let it go because I was young and stupid. |
MAN! I thought I was the only one in that situation! To me happened exactly the same (although we were together 3 years 8 months) Actually today would be our 4th anniversary...I'm dying to call her, but I dunno, I was dating this super woman recently but it turned out she wasn't so super so.......I regret having broken the other relationship...Life's a bitch sometimes! |

actually, thats exactly why you regret it.....you ask yourself what if?....what if i quit school and dedicate my time to become a dj? what if i asked that girl out? what if.........? |

but then U will get over it..think now when U have something and U loose it...now that is something U will regret.
I regret I can't be with my girl 24/7 (well, it migt be too much, but it doesn't seem to me!) |

That's the whole point. You miss the chance and never know how it would have affected you. In contrast, I don't really regret anything that I have done because the experience - even if it was unpleasent - has made me into the person I am today.

He was the worst boyfriend a girl could ever have... he was older and never would call me like once a week..would never hug me or kiss me in front of his friends, he treatd me like .. btu i was young and i was in love with him and i did everything he asked me to do..
I KNOW YOU GUYS MUST BE THINKING IM A DUMB ASS.. but that is why i regret it because now im with someone who is a million times better than he was ad i m learning to appreciate what i have =o)....

I have to agree with spad...everything i've done till this day whether it was a bad or good...it was my choice .. and of course not everything you tend to experience in this life will turn out to be perfect but that is why there is a lot to learn about ourselves and you can only find it when you experience it...it is the choices you make it...
like everyone knows what cocaine does to your system... but if you choose to do it anyways,you shouldnt regret it..cause you knew the consequences before you did it... but if it is your first time having sex when all you have heard is that sex is wonderful...you shouldnt regret it..you should learn from your experiences.
