Yah, it's hitting me early this year, it normally isn't too bad until summer. The worst part is when your eyes get all itchy when you're trying to sleep. |

| Well hay fever is easily treatable by prescription antihistamines. They basically block the histamine receptors in the nasal tissue, decreasing the effect of histamine release by mast cells. In effect, you won't get that congested sinuses/throat irritation/runny nose/itchy watering eyes type feeling :nervous: |

Benadryl, Chlor-trimeton, Dimetane, Tavist, Hismanal, Claritin, Allegra, Astelin etc, etc. Generic brands are just as good, so just ask for the generic equivalent, and you'll save alot of $$$ ;)
If you want non-prescription, just go to your chemist and ask. They'll probably recommend Avomine, which is like only 6 bucks ;) |
