Reason I said "opens" is because I don't actually see it, but rather whenever I do Ctrl Alt Delete I see it. The thing is called "websavingsfromebates". Anyone know how to get rid of it? cryo check if you can uninstall from Add/remove progs or if not use Ad-aware and scan for it and remove all the spyware.
