GeForce FX 5950 vs. Radeon 9800XT is a fair comparison. They are pretty much neck and neck in performance but the 9800XT has the edge in image quality...
The 6800 is the next-gen hardware which ATI still has yet to reveal their R420 (the direct competitor). |

| well the dumb thing is that like nrjizer said ATI still has to release their new line, and nvidia just released theirs before.. its like saying the XBOX is better than the PS2, well duh because the ps2 was released many years ago, and it will be like this until XBOX2 and Ps3 are released at the same time. |

one thing i hated about the fx5800 and fx5900: they sounded like high rpm supercharged leaf blowers! :nervous:
