what is the best compilation series?

| I need some advice on what is the most comprehensive Eurotrance / techno compilation series. The problem is that I have not listened to Euro trance / techno in a couple years because I have gotten into goa trance but sometimes I still want to hear old songs. Also, I would like to know the good new songs. I don’t know if a compilation series like this exists but I would like it to have: most/many of the good songs from that year, be released every year, and be unmixed. If anyone could give me any suggestions, I would really appreciate the help. I don’t know what songs are good any more and there are so many compilations out there - I don't know where to begin. |

maybe because you seem really confused? euro trance hasn't got absolutely anything to do with techno
try the trancemaster series, even if i think they're pure , but can't think of any other regular series with unmixed tracks |

| all of the older gatecrahser and GU albums were great, but sadly have started to decline in my eyes... |

| You seem confused with your genres? I can only think that what your after is a trance compilation? The earlier Gatecrasher compilations are absolutley fantastic. Don't get me wrong, the more recent ones are good, but the older ones, Red, Black, Wet, etc. are just exceptional.. I don't usually encourage the downloading of albums, but I very much doubt you'd be able to find some of the older ones unless your willing to pay the high prices on ebay, so if you can, download them! |

let me clarify. I should not have written "eurotrance / techno." I should have written techno and eurotrance. I am looking for a compilation that hopefully has eurotrance and techno on it. I have looked into the gatecrasher compilations but they are all mixed. I will check out the trancemaster series. thanks |
