Formula 1 tickets...

| Anyone been to any Formula 1 events/races? Im plannin to go next September to Indianapolis and i wanna know what anyone has to say about a grand prix they've been to. Tell me the price that you payed, beacause i went to site that asked for $6000 for everything. That included Hotel, transportation to the track , meals , hospitality , practice- fri, qualifying - sat and the big race - sun. |

dude that is a lot of money...
i used to go to the brazilian interlagos circuit all the time when senna was alive...dude it is awesome... if you really love racing you'll love even more when you are right there watching in person...
if i were you i'd buy single race tickets... dont buy a whole package deal from a site cause they give you the worst places to sit and watch the race which is very incovinient and it will only waste your money....
oh you can get a penthouse with your family, or friends if they are going, it is great if you are going with a lot of people but they run from like $750 to like $4.000....but you gotta watch where they are placed in the circuit you are going to....(one time we rented a penthouse and the location was horrible we had to watch the race from a freaking tv screen) and sometimes it is not even worth spending all that money to sit under some a/c if you are gonna have to watch the race on tv...so if i were you id get a place like tower terrace, they are high but you can see EVERYTHING.. ( if you are into pictures) you can get some great shots from the cars... sponsors.. mechanics and all that good stuff.
or a paddock...it is cheaper and you can see the cars real close.. but you can;t see the whole circuit...
anyhow you'll have fun and Im so jealous of you..hehehhe

Yea youre right it is alot of money. But all i wanna do is get tickets to see the practice,qualifying and grand prix. If i go to Indianapolis, ill probably sleep in a seperate hotel that has nothing to do with the package and rent a car. I hope the tickets can be sold seperatly and i wouldnt have to spend more then $1000 on them..cause im clueless as to how it works.
Anyone who knows Formula 1 , knows A. Senna. Ive never seen him race or anything but ive read about him and read documentries and i admire the guy alot. Proabably more then Schumacher.

dude,...if you are gonna watch the qualification runs... you are gonna enjoy so much... it is so hard to get one of those tickets though.. u gotta do it way in advance.... but you should really do it.. you get a lot of free stuff...hehehhe...
and no problem about the help...when it comes to formula 1 i try to give good advices.. :p
and yes ayrton senna was a unique racer...there wont ever be another one like him.

A close friend of mine went to the formula 1 races in Neurenberg (Germany), and paid about $400 for the bustrip and the seat....I don't think it will help you, cuz it's in Europe, but he loved it..still talks about it, and for him it was worthwile the money!!
So I say: just do it (make it cheaper though) :) |

anyways phazon I've been in the indianopolis circuit, and if you go you should do what dream grl said, get a place like a tower terrace or something, you can see the whole race. |

ayrtin senna? of course i know about him, i was born in brazil i used to watch his qualification runs.
i have always loved formula 1,:D i used to cry when my parents took me to play with barbies at my cousins house.

man, dream girl is very hot,but not because shes brazilina cause i've seen some ugly ass brazilian girls, lol, but this girl is so beautiful and unique. not only that have you seen her posts, and how smart she is?
