Question about q-dance events

I'm planning to go for a summer vacation in Holland and go to a q-dance party .
My question: Is the vibe different at those parties then is at a trance or drum n bass party? Hows the people at those parties?I What is the common age at those parties ? Also, wich is the best q-dance event : Houseqlassics, qlimax, teqnology, etc ? |

| I dunno, but i might also be going in the summer , ..well Sensation2004 in july , but if theres any other going around about the same time i might attend. Maybe ill see you there :D |

Well i am totally out of the hardstyl scene nowadays because I didnīt like it anymore. Too much old hardcore samples bla bla bla

2: If you want a real hardstyl party go to defqon 1

If you donīt make this one go to mysteryland (august 21), line up isnīt published but besides a hardstyl area there are other areas like club, trance, techno, mainstage.
Also there is dance valley. It is unknown if it will have a hardstyl area but it definately will have a hardhouse area which is definately less cheesse that hardstyl. DJīs you can expect (line up unknown at the moment) on dance valley hardhouse stage: Tom Harding, lisa lashes, Lab 4, Organ Donors, JP, Dana (bwek), Yoji Biomehanika, Proteus. Also Dance Valley has 14 other musical areas from techno to electro, from trance to groove. The mainstage is the best location situated on a giant hill. |

I went to X-Qlusive Germany in November last year, and the crowd was probably the biggest bunch of drugged out sleepwalkers I've seen in my life. It seemed like the only reason they went there was to have a hard kick drum to enhance the E/Coke/Speed effects, not to mention that half of Heineken Music Hall was drenched in the foul stench of marihuana.
I think I just had bad luck though, cos usually what I hear about hardstyle heads is that they are very enthusiastic and up for it at their parties, simply because they know how to party to the music. X-Qlusive Luna was a massive success, and apparantly almost every single person at the gig stayed until the lights came back on.
So I guess you just have to have some luck + attend the gigs where the local hardstyle heroes always are. |

nah so are most hardstyl partys. Mysteryland is a little less druggy. |

| thanks for the info basvh, very helpful, and you aswell Sand Leaper. I just thought Sensation was the ..well its what i was told here, but ill def. take all your opinions under serious consideration. Btw i do plan on wiggin, so sand leaper..i guess ill join the crowed of sleepwaling drones :D |

donīt listen to them. if you want to have good info about dutch events go to the Holland forum here on TA and ask around. Sensation is a great party, but there are far more better partys around in netherlands. |

dude.,. you just had major bad luck. x-qlusive germany was one of the worst x-qlusive parties every.. it sucked completely! the music was slow and boring and there was no atmosphere..
you should try another festival sometime like Defqon1, In Qontrol.
not Sensation, it is too popular (commercial), too much folks that don't belong there. |

There are only VIP tickets left, and they will be sold out very very soon! The festival is at day time. I think from 11 in the morning till 11 at night! |
