Well see I wrote down on the Napkin : "FOR HER"-THIS IS NOT MIAMI. He didnt actually play the song "For Her".... Which was what i realllllly wanted to hear... But he played whatever song that was with those lyrics over it,... But it was still cool he actually acknowledged my request. Cyn had that spinning thing with the digital red letters on it going around upstairs by our table, i was trying to do it so it was actually VISIBLE as to what it said... but i was either making it go too slow or too fast. she was trying to show me how to do it ( ya'd think it wasnt that hard lol) but i couldnt get it right ahahaha. Maybe thats bc I was drunk. Yea Ill blame it on that i guess LOL.Im retarded.
Frank: You gotta come on Sunday so you can actually HANG OUT this time. ;) |

Ahh. The Skyliner. Amazing little thing. I tried to input "This is not Miami" in it but ran out of space. Instead, we decided to put "not Miami".
We need to have more events like that. Everyone had a blast. Except for another Orlando party, what do we have after 25-th? |

Well we are finally back in gville and dave and phil ended up taging along just to hang out... faquing hangovers suck, but i still had a great time. Im loading the pics on my computer as we speak, so if i cant figure out photobucket they will be up soon!
OK so review...
The preparty was super, crooked bayou was the perfect little place for a gathering, thanks for the idea frank and to phil for arranging it... im sorry i missed phils set, but pat, you did a great job!
At ICON.... TA took OVER VIP.... thanks AGAIN to frank for hooking us up! I didnt recogize a ton of tracks, but sander did play his own "we've got work to do" and then portabella's "freaking in stereo" like rachael said we tried to get sander to notice that we were waving that red thingy around saying "NOT MIAMI" but i think we were all too trashed to do it right so BIG PROPS to rach for writing it on a napkin and giving it to him... sander played that track about 4 tracks after she did that the rest of the set wonderful, lot of funk, lots of good energy.. greg thought it was a little breaksier than he was at WMC but that was prolly him playing to the crowd... unfortunately hearing "heyya" was supersucky what a ty way to end the night, i have yet to go to a show at icon where the dj finished on a good note... but oh well, overall we had a great time. Im sorry everyone had to get home afterwards, it would have been fun hanging out, but i guess thats for next time!
It was great meeting and hanging out with everyone.... brent... we really missed you!!

| HOLY SMOKES! did i have fun!! I think it was because of the people i was around during the show... we were all out to have a great time... and didnt care if it was the best set in the world. It was just great to have a good dj in such a dead city. I havent been out much to a "club" since WMC... and i felt wierd at first... since i was at space for 5 days straight during WMC!! SPACE RULES! but I give Mad props for ICON bring DJ's in besides HOB. Even though i wasnt in VIP (due to the fact i cant stand the spot where VIP is.. and its not as fun as the dance floor) I still wanna give thanks to Frank! Cant wait for the next great show! |

Ok getting pics online is a pain in the rear
i think these pics are really big when you look at them, but when i tried to resize them they got out of order... so im fed up with this editing stuff, b/c i erally want everyone too see...
