Jean-michel-jarre`s - Oxygene.
What do you think?...now i know some smart ass is gonna
tell me to use the search button....but im not the only
newbie here. |
i love it and i still listen to it several times a month -- i have about 5-6 vinlys .. all different versions of oxygene -- the original album from 1976 [oxygene I - VI] is without any doubt the most important in my life ... i bought the tape in hungary when i was about 12 and from then electronical music became my ultimate passion ... everytime when i hear the tracks some mysterious energy donates me inspiration and lifts my state of mind to another level !! |

Jam & Spoon - Tripomatic Fairytales 2001 & 2002 are awesome albums, these made a big impact on me in 1993.
The Prodigy - Music For The Gilted Generation back in 1994, which made me buy the album:, The Prodigy - Experience.
These albums were real breakthroughs in electronic music back in the early '90s. |

I agree too on Leftism. I got the 2 disc version, such a classic album. |

Massive Attack - Mezzanine; one of the best trip hop/overall electronica albums out there...
PS. TPOD sucks. We shouldn't allow compilations to this poll. Just artist albums. |

| i haven't listened to enough different subgenres within edm to make that judgment sadly. within the limited bounds of my knowledge, i do consider u.n.k.l.e's do androids dream of electro beats to be a distinctively unique album. |
