2nd hand smoke and how dangerous it is...

| i just started a new part time job a week ago. there are smokers about 8 feet away from me that constantly smoke at least 3 times a day. i'm there for 8 hours for 4 x a week. i'm now paraoid that i will eventually get cancer from 2nd hand smoke. |

not that dangerous
they are smoking ciggarettes every day, and if they consistently do it for about 30-40 years then their risk of lung cancer is very high
now how much damage is a little inhaled smoke gonna do to you? |

most people have to bend to non-smoker demands, complain and make them go outside and stand at least 50 feet from the building to smoke like the rest of the country.
