| I just saw the final lineup for Sensation White 2004 from ID&T. I got to say that I am a bit disappointed. Except for Van Dyk that I know plays good melodic trance, what styles are the other ones. Isn't for instance Erick Morillo a House DJ? |

Hate to break it to ya but trance isn't popular enuff in Holland any longer for ID&T to put any money on it for big parties like these. That's why almost all the DJs on White are house DJs (PvD feels awfully out of place on that lineup), and why almost all the DJs on Black play hardstyle. I still can't figure out wtf Promo is doing there though, he only plays techno and hardcore as far as I know.. |

| the reason promo and the drakraver (hardcore) are playing at sensation black is that hardcore is evolving to a very populair music genre in holland again. There are a lot of hardcore parties every week. |

Yea, but my point was neither of them play hardstyle. How are they supposed to fit in on that lineup? |

i think because sensation black isnt a "hardsttyle" party any longer but a mix of all "hard" styles that are populair right now. |

Wow, that lineup is disappointing for a Sensation party.
Paul Van Dyk obviously belongs, but Morillo? He, imo, is the best house Dj out there, but Sensation is a trance party... ah well. Guess all the trance parties have moved to the UK now. |

Sander Kleinenberg & Eric Morillo are awesome, but who the crap are Joost van Bellen and Brian S?? Are they really the caliber DJ that should be playing such a massive event like Sensation? Isn't sensation all about big stadium trance anyhow?
meh, I wasn't gonna go either way... |

We have more good dj's than marco v, armin, tiesto etc here in holland but they don't play trance so maybe that's why most people don't know them ;)
Brian S is a real house dj (funky, not really interesting that's why he is the warm up dj of the night) Van bellen is one of the founders of the "house/rave" scene here in holland you can expect anything from him (classics/2-step etc) |
