Tiesto+Misstress Barabara in Montreal - F1 weekend

The rumour is now confirmed, Tiesto and Misstress Barbara will play the same night at Aria on Friday June 11th. This is an intresting double header because it combines the king of trance and the queen of techno!
The next day, Barbara Brown (Misstress Barabra's house alter ego) will play alongside Laflèche.

hmm, he's not booked in the US... if you are reffering to him spinning at boston, the date was changed to the 23rd of June. (NYC 12 june).

Why would Tiesto play tech??? To please Mistress Barbara ?? I don't think so. He'll play whatever he'll want to play, probably including 4-5 techno tracks.
I do find this combination rather strange though, and reading Barbara's diary I'm sure she'll be very pissed when many people will be exhausted after Tiesto or will simply leave. |

its a strange combination indeed, not because they play different styles (trance and techno aren't that far away in the edm spectrum) but because Tiesto by himself can pack the place and Misstress Barbara by herself can pack the place too...
that night will be overkill! |

Tickets go on sale at the door at Aria on Friday night for $40 and on admission on Monday for $50.
That's the most money I've ever paid to hear Barbara I think... |
