| I've been wondering the same thing...it has been really slow around here the past few weeks. I too have been finding it hard to reply to topics because topics haven't been as interesting. |

| hey dont twist my words around. when i said "people are getting older and going on with their lives" i didnt mean that they move on from trance. i meant that they might move on from this board. they might always love trance, but i know people come and go from this board. it becomes less and less for them, then they just dont come anymore. they might have families, work, school, and this stops becoming their first priority. |

Well since I started coming here (mid-May), there's been an average of at least 20 new topics per day started on this part of the forum alone.
90 days x 20 posts = 1800 new topics since I started coming here.
And this is just in the time that I've been here. Are there any topics we haven't covered yet? I mean I've been around on music forums for about 18 months now, there aren't too many topics of discussion I haven't entered into yet - many of these topics I've discussed several times on several different forums. The fact is though, when this many new posts are getting posted each day, you're going to run out of things to talk about, or you're just going to be covering old ground.
It's a shame, but that's the way it is I'm afraid. :) |

| The TA forums go through low points all the time... but this is the worst... most people used to post HEAPS.. but recent flaming and members (ya know, the ones that get in jail but just sign up again to piss us off) have degraded the forums and made it full of boring/already done threads (well in my mind anyway).. but ya just gotta let it run and the forums will build up again where it's all quality new conversations :) |

yeah thats what ive bin thinking:(i used 2 easily get like 12-13 posts a day now im down 2 like 3/4 its a shame:(the worst thing is i feel ill have hardly any time on here soon with work and college:(it sux |

coz the forums these days are pretty crap...
no offense to anyone, but we have like 4 of the same threads for 1 topic, and like people just writing stuff like
"Yea!" or
"i agree" blah blah..
same with Chillout Room..
i've noticed that a lot of ppl don't post in the rooms anymore as much..
Lynx, Blik, Henk, Sugarbean, etc...
i'm sure most of them feel the same...
or maybe they just don't have time |

We seriously need to become more creative and soon, and that's right, to always develop our ideas and not saying "yeah that's cool" and stuff
Maybe i do the same, so everybody should start...
I'm trying to think about things right now, in order to revitalize this forum and get it alive as in last June for example |

lol this is another repeat thread in itself cos this was covered in chill out too.
As i said in that thread the regulars are still here like sugar, Infinty (as u can see ) JdDark, etc etc but mainly hang out in the TA chatroom.
Lynx ? god knows where he is.
Others like Red and myself still post now and then, but then we were never ones to post a lot anyway as can be seen by our time here and our post counts, lol.
From what i see most ppl are still here but cos we all been here a long time most of the topics being talked about have already been talked about b4.
Plus in places like chill out there are too many useless threads like "how often do u play tennis whilst farting in tune to God Save the Queen ?"
Most of us are here for the music and whilst music is not being discussed we wont post.
We are also pissed at the constant flame wars that happen.
It gets very OLD very Fast.
Anyways, if u want to see more of ppl i suggest u visit the TA chatroom.

| Neo, so true. Most of us regular posters here have become chat room whores. Also Neo, things tend to go in cycles. I hope the boards return back to normal but some of us have just got so busy with life. |
